1. Order Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Processing may take longer during holidays or busy promotional periods.

2. Shipping Times & Costs

United States

  • Economy Shipping: estimated 7–12 business days | $7.99 flat rate
  • Express Shipping: estimated 5–7 business days | $66.99 flat rate

International

  • Economy Shipping: estimated 12–21 business days | $12.99 flat rate

Delivery estimates begin after your order ships and are not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to follow its progress.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. An incorrect or incomplete address may delay delivery or cause a package to be returned. Additional shipping charges may apply if a returned package needs to be sent again.

7. Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check the delivery area and ask household members or neighbors. You can also contact the carrier or reach out to Baby Nuvia so we can help you review the delivery details.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping may also be unavailable in certain locations.
